PUBLIC NOTICE
(Under the authority vested in Article 112 of the Community Planning Act)
The Municipal Council of the Town of Beaurivage adopted a By-Law entitled «By-Law amending By-Law 19-02: By-Law adopting the Town of Richibucto Municipal Plan. The By-Law number 24-02 was approved by the Minister of Local Government on March 5th, 2024 and registered at the Provincial Land Registry Office on March 19th, 2024, under document number 44782945.
The Municipal Council of the Town of Beaurivage adopted a By-Law entitled «By-Law amending By-Law 19-03: By-Law adopting the Town of Richibucto Zoning By-Law. The By-Law number 24-03 was approved by the Municipal Council on March 5th, 2024 and registered at the Provincial Land Registry Office on March 19th, 2024, under document number 44782986.
