PUBLIC NOTICE
(In accordance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act)
The Municipal Council of Beausoleil intends to modify the Regulation establishing a rural plan for the LSD of Grande-Digue-Urban planning law entitled « Rural Plan for the LSD of Grande-Digue (17-GDD-061-00)-Community Planning Act » in order to:
Bring the existing property to a commercial designation. The Property (PID 25464231) is located 4316 Route 134, in Grande-Digue.
Anyone interested can review the proposed project at the Municipal Office of the communauté rurale de Beausoleil at 118 Cocagne Cross Road, Cocagne, NB from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 to noon on Friday (closed for lunch from noon until 1:00pm).
Written objections to the by-law project will be considered during a public hearing that will be held during the regular council meeting at the council chambers located at 17 Marina Road, unit 3, Cocagne, NB on May 14th, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Anyone wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at these times & location.
