PUBLIC NOTICE
(In accordance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act)
The Municipal Council of Beausoleil intends to modify the “Rural Plan of Cocagne Rural Community-By-Law-2018-02” in order to:
Change the current zoning from “Resources (RE)” to “Mixed (MX)” on part of PID 25484015. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow the construction of a building with a wellness center and a coffee shop. Property PID 25484015 is located at 4865 Route 134 in Cocagne.
Anyone interested can review the proposed project at the Municipal Office of the Communauté rurale de Beausoleil at 118 Cocagne Cross Road, Cocagne, NB from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 to noon on Friday (closed for lunch from noon until 1:00pm).
Written objections to the by-law project will be considered during a public hearing that will be held during the regular council meeting at the council chambers located at 17 Marina Road, unit 3, Cocagne, NB on September 10th, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Anyone wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at these times & location.
