PUBLIC NOTICE
(In accordance with Section 111 of the Community Planning Act)
The Municipal Council of Beausoleil intends to modify the Regulation establishing a rural plan for the LSD of Grande-Digue-Urban planning law entitled « Rural Plan for the LSD of Grande-Digue (17-GDD-061-00)-Community Planning Act » in order to:
Change the current zoning from “Residential (R)” to “Commercial (C)” on part of PIDs 25422957 and 25494097. The purpose of the rezoning is to bring the existing commercial activity into compliance with the rural plan currently in effect. Property PIDs 25422957 and 25494097 is located at 3519 Route 530 in Grande-Digue.
Anyone interested can review the proposed project at the Municipal Office of the Communauté rurale de Beausoleil at 118 Cocagne Cross Road, Cocagne, NB from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 to noon on Friday (closed for lunch from noon until 1:00pm).
Written objections to the by-law project will be considered during a public hearing that will be held during the regular council meeting at the council chambers located at 17 Marina Road, unit 3, Cocagne, NB on October 8th, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Anyone wishing to speak for or against these written objections may do so at these times & location.
