2024 Kent Entrepreneurial Gala: Celebrating the region’s inspiring entrepreneurs.

Bouctouche, November 2, 2024 – The Chambers of Commerce of Kent-Sud, Kent-Centre, Kent-Nord, Greater Rogersville and the Kent Regional Service Commission came together to celebrate entrepreneurial excellence at the 2024 Kent Entrepreneurial Gala. The event, which honours the region’s innovative initiatives and outstanding leaders, presented awards to businesses and entrepreneurs who have made a significant contribution to our Kent region’s economic and community development over the past year.

Here are this year’s winners:

• 2024 Tourism Business of the Year: Pays de la Sagouine
• 2024 Emerging Business of the Year: Creekside RNR
• 2024 Young Entrepreneur of the Year: Ryan Leger (Home Hardware Building Centre)
• 2024 Business of the Year: O.C. Maillet Transport Ltd.

Special Mention: Luc LeBlanc

On this occasion, a special mention was given to Luc Leblanc, in recognition of his 30-year career with Le Pays de la Sagouine. Luc has left his mark on Kent’s cultural scene, and has helped promote Acadian heritage far beyond our borders. His dedication and passion for the arts have inspired countless people over the years.

The 2024 Kent Entrepreneurial Gala reflects our region’s vibrant entrepreneurial spirit and the ability of its businesses to innovate, grow and prosper. Each winner embodies the Kent community’s values of resilience, collaboration and sustainable development.
